Video of Alleged Sex Assault Is Investigated at Seton Hall

A university softball player informed campus authorities she had been assaulted at an off-campus party on Nov. sixteen. She then reported the assault to the police in South Orange, the place the university is.

Campus and police authorities said they believed that it was filmed with a cellphone, and that the video had been shared amongst college students at the university.

SAN JOSE, Calif. — College students at San Jose State University had been grappling on Friday with accusations that 3 white college students repeatedly abused a black freshman verbally and physically, calling him names referring to slavery and placing a bicycle lock all around his neck.
